Shipping:

• Please allow 5 business days for order processing.
  I’ll do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but with horses and creating things can get a little hectic! I appreciate your patience and understanding as there may be slight delays.
• I insure each package to the fullest amount and require signature delivery on all orders valued at above $300. This is not only to protect me, but to also protect you! 

• All Sales Are Final:  Every piece is lovingly crafted by hand, making it unique and special. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, but I hope you adore your new item just as much as I enjoyed making it!

• Fragile Beauty: My creations are delicate works of art. While they are designed to be durable, we recommend careful handling. If you experience any issues with broken stones within two weeks of your purchase, please let me know! We can offer assistance with silver repairs, though we can’t guarantee fixes. We’ll sure do our best!

• Sizing Tips:  We want to ensure your piece fits just right! Please double-check your sizing before ordering, as we can't be responsible for sizing mistakes.
