Shipping: Please allow 5 business days for order processing.
I’ll do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible. With a busy rodeo schedule approaching, I appreciate your patience and understanding as there may be slight delays.

• All Sales Are Final:  Every piece is lovingly crafted by hand, making it unique and special. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, but I hope you adore your new item just as much as I enjoyed making it!

• Fragile Beauty: My creations are delicate works of art. While they are designed to be durable, we recommend careful handling. If you experience any issues with broken stones within two weeks of your purchase, please let me know! We can offer assistance with silver repairs, though we can’t guarantee fixes. We’ll sure do our best!

• Sizing Tips:  We want to ensure your piece fits just right! Please double-check your sizing before ordering, as we can't be responsible for sizing mistakes. 

• Shipping Care: We take great care in packing your order, but unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If you’d like extra peace of mind, just email us at the time of purchase to request Signature Delivery.
